“I had an issue with delivery of my contacts (full disclosure, it was because I put my home address incorrectly), but trying to get a hold of someone to get the shipment resent has been a nightmare. It takes DAYS for someone to respond, and it seems a little ridiculous.”

“The first time I used this service, it was incredibly handy. A contact lens prescription on a budget and without having to leave home? Awesome. This time, it took many weeks to do the entire process. Customer service took up to 4 days every single time there was an issue that needed to be resolved, and in the end, after over a month of back and forth, I still don’t have a prescription in my inbox. This service has declined Significantly in the past couple years. Beware. Oh, and there is NO way to talk to anyone on the phone anymore.”

“Great price! (Even without signing up for auto ship.) Paid extra for 2 day ship and it took 3 days to arrive. 🤷🏼‍♀️... But still recieved them faster than we would have with regular shipping options. Will be ordering again!! 😁”
