“Very happy! My eye doctor changed my prescription, and Simple Contacts let me return my unmarked/unopened boxes of contacts. They even emailed me a usps return label to send them back so no cost to me to ship! The contacts that I order are always shipped the same day, and I receive them within 2-3 days. Very fast, and I like that!!”

“This has been a horrible experience. It takes days to get any support. The test is poorly controlled, and took multiple trials because the distance detection wasn’t working. They say the contacts are cheap but they’re more almost twice the price I’ve paid elsewhere! So they say you can can get just a prescription, but you can’t do it in the app- you have to contact support which takes days longer. I still don’t have a prescription even though I was charged. I was told last week there was a technical error they were looking into it, and haven’t been contacted since. Im tired of waiting, I just want a refund.”

“no phone number to reach Simple contacts. Very hard to reach via text or email. If you send a message and don't hear from them do not send another message or your first message is dropped to the bottom where your second message is and now it will take longer to hear back from them.”

“My order took 2 weeks to get to me. I received no communication in response to my emails requesting order status until after a week with the explanation that each time I sent an email I was pushed to the back of the line?????? I did receive an apology from Jen and later Katie promising a $50.00 credit on my next order and an additional $25.00 credit on this order which I have not seen on my card account as of today. I previously ordered from 800Contacts and would receive my order within 48 hours. I would like to know that future orders won't take 2 weeks to arrive and that there would be a better form of communication.”

“Horrible, they do not respond to emails and the number for contact is out of service. I paid for next day shipping on my colored contacts air Optix and have been waiting for a week. Without any response to my email! They happily took my money but did not deliver my product.”

“Easy to follow instructions and process worked smoothly. Wish they gave an option to say how many boxes of each lens you wanted as I use monovision most of the time and add a far vision lens only occasionally and don’t need as many. Would also have like the chance to just get the script before having to order lenses and pay. FAQ said you could, but I never saw that option.”
