I was promised that I would get brand-name birth control pills and receive generic left multiple messages to resolve the situation and it heard nothing back my insurance does pay for brand name. I have enough copies of the text message and email addressing the situation and was assured I would get brand-name I receive generic and they don’t work well in my situation because of issues I’ve had with generic in the past but the brand works fine. Very disappointed

Still waiting for my order. Contacted customer support but have not yet received a response.

It took way too long and I don’t think any of my concerns were addressed. I needed something that would not increase my anxiety and after only a week my anxiety is higher than it’s been in years.

I initially had a date of when my meds would be delivered to me. Now, when I check the tracking, it just tells me it's in transit and I have yet to receive it, nor do I have an ETA of when it will get to me.

They are very hard to get a hold of which makes you less interested to contact them about questions. I've been waiting to send an e-mail to them because I've been trying to find answers to my questions elsewhere because I figured it would be faster. Once someone answers me I would change the rating for my review. I feel like there needs to be an easier way to contact other than sending a text or e-mail when you have questions about the product they sent you.

Does not take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. It was a bit pricey without insurance. They should allow you to confirm your order before charging you, for the price I was charged I would not have purchased.

It's hard to leave a review when I never received my package its been 10 days since I order it....all tracking is saying is that its in transit. No one from customer service has contacted regarding the delay. Then I get a message saying my next order will be filled in 10 day..something isn't right. Not to mention that sigimg up wasnt east I have to do the consult a few times not allowed to change bitethconrol type unless u do the consult again and again. I provided info they do receive it. Not so simple at least for me

I ran into a few issues with Simple Health. They told me they didn’t take my insurance TWO days after I had already placed my order so I ended up having to pay out of pocket. It was cheaper than other apps but it was still frustrating to think my insurance covered it only to be told two days later it doesn’t. They also didn’t send my tracking number until my order was already out for delivery. Other than that, it’s a cool service, just don’t know if i’ll use it again.

For very basic service this probably is fine. However if you have any questions that have to be reviewed by a doctor it takes over a week to get a response so there isn't an ability to have an actual conversation with a doc about the kind of BC you're prescribed. And even then the responses are boarderline rude. Best off going to a regular doctor if you need anything more than extremely basic no-questions-asked perscriptions.

Honestly the service is good and the pills came fast. However, my prescription coverage did not cover the medication and they billed my debit card and even sent the pills before replying to my request to hold the medication and bill my other insurance. This is disappointing because not only did they bill me without taking my rejection (they told me I had 24 hours to respond and I responded within that time frame) they sent 3 months and billed me for three months. I'm very unhappy with this.

They said my prescription was processed on 8/20 and they will send tracking soon. It is now 8/29 and I have not received tracking or the birth control. I now have only 2 pills left and have no way to even get in contact with them. I’ve sent emails and text all week and no response. So, I would suggest to NOT use Simple Health. Not receiving the birth control is one thing but constantly sending emails and texts and not receiving a response is absurd to say the least.

Generally easy to use, but didn’t disclose the up front consultation cost, or the fact you would be billed for multiple months of the prescription up front. Went from a $15 out of pocket cost to a $65 out of pocket cost, and it would have been cheaper and easier to make an appointment and get a prescription from my GP and be able to use my insurance for prescription coverage.
