Would autocharge my card as soon as I had money if there was none on my card before, often putting me into financial trouble. The language is not inclusive whatsoever for as hard as y’all try to act inclusive. I’m a man with a uterus. I don’t want to have the label “woman” shoved down my throat every five seconds. It isn’t women’s care, it’s reproductive care.

Replies took days, no phone number to call and no app. After jumping through several hoops and finally receiving my first month of birth control, I was told my insurance wouldn’t work with simple health again so I had to cancel. Very glad I found a coupon code to waive the first consultation fee.

I think the consulting system is atrocious - on the initial consultation I had several questions but the significant delays in response made me very uncomfortable and even now I have questions I'd like answered but I know that I wouldn't get answers by the time I'd need them so I've just tried to Google the answers myself and contacted other retail pharmacists to help. It was very frustrating that I got answers from different prescribers on the initial consult - I felt bounced around and was unsure what was being prescribed.

I’ve been using this service for a year, every time I’ve been sent a new supply of bc pills it has been a different prescription, at first customer service and the doctor you could contact where helpful but now quite rude, and recently the price was doubled for me so I can no longer afford the service and will be going elsewhere when I need more bc pills.

Was supposed to get sent a 90 day pack of birth control and got a 30 day pack. Response time took about a week.

Constantly try to Bill my insurance before they're available so I get these annoying text messages and it happens every month when I have plenty of birth control they just need to wait like two days to build my insurance

The company itself is okay. I received my order in a near timely fashion considering we’re in a pandemic but trying to get in contact with someone is hard, you have to wait a few days to get a response. The birth control I was given made my period super heavy and wouldn’t go off. I informed the company about this and I was told to just quit vaping if I want something else. I feel like if I went to my GYN in person she would have given me better options. I feel like I was dismissed so quickly and no one really talked to me to really help me explore other options.

My pills come very late. This past time they arrived the day I needed to start taking them. Also, the pills are a different color from last time. Makes me wonder about consistency and what I’m getting.

I was excited about the option of getting birth control delivered to my door, but this service is no good. The communication was terrible, they would only respond once a day, even when they reached out to me with a problem. It didn't matter how big or small the issue was, or if the reply was first thing in the morning or late in the evening, they would still only send one message a day. Also, be sure to ask for no substitutions otherwise they will send any birth control they have in stock to you.

I basically paid four times the price for the same pill I've been taking... For no apparent reason. Had it been disclosed EXACTLY what pill I would receive I would have known I was paying more for the same pill.

Maybe it's just me, but the birth control i ordered was specifically ordered to stop my period but since i've started it, my period has not stopped. It's been about 3 weeks now and my period has not stopped. Otherwise ordering was fairly simple so that's why it's not a total dud.

I was so looking forward to being able to order my birth control online, I have been on a certain brand that I love for 6 months now and saw that was available to order through simple health so I thought it was going to be a done deal. I requested the name brand and even paid extra for it (30 instead of 15) and after waiting a while I received the generic brand. Communication with a representative was difficult and took days to respond, and when I requested a refund, I never received a response at all. I will not be using Simple Health again.
