It’s great in the fact that it comes to my door but it never comes on time and I’m left without birth control for up to two weeks.

I signed up with Simple Health to get a renewed prescription for my birth control. I was really looking forward to the service because they had a good rate for my prescription and I wouldn’t have to attend a doctors office with the current pandemic situation. However, after telling me the one-time rate for the THREE months, they tried to change the price to make me pay the “one-time fee” MONTHLY. I fought for a refund and cancellation, because they didn’t offer right away after changing my rate. It was pretty much an “I’m sorry” and that was it. Their customer service is attentive and I did end up getting my money back after going back and forth but I could see how they could be ripping off if you aren’t attentive. Save all of the messages they send to you especially when discussing payment rate. Overall there are definitely better programs that will deliver your birth control to you. Research all options.

My first time ordering went smoothly but when my second order came in the mail and my prescription said QTY 3 but I only received 1 and when I sent an email they informed me that my insurance had changed and they were only allowing a month to month prescription instead of 3 months worth. I was told I would be receiving my next prescription in a month and "wouldn't experience a lapse in my medication". Well as the month was coming to an end I received an email saying that my insurance wasn't going to pay for my next prescription because they had already paid for three months. LONG story short I did receive my prescription but it came with multiple exchanges via email and was frustrating to say the least.

Had issues with my pills, took days to get response then in the end wouldn't change my pills so wasted money.

The first year was great. Trying to renew this year has been nothing but problems. I am still not getting any shipments.

I sent several emails over a span of about a month about a problem and I was never answered. The only time I was answered was when I cancelled my subscription. Horrible customer service, there needs to be someone to call or someone who will actually answer emails.

Complete lack of communication. Did not let me know there was an issue with my insurance and my medication would not be shipping, resulting in a gap in my medication.

I recently discontinued use of Simple Health as my gynecologist began to administer my prescriptions due to abnormal bleeding and cramping. When I first began with Simple Health I requested the birthday control pill tri-lo marzia which is what I had been previously using. They sent me what they said was the generic version. I told them that I would prefer the name brand and they said that the name brand was discontinued. While using what they had given me I began to have heavy menstruals and bad cramping during my cycle. I figured my body was just changing as I get older. With a scheduled gynecologist visit I voiced my concerns. The gynecologist asked why did I stop using my routine birth control method. I told her that it was told to me that it was discontinued. She then stated that she would provide my prescription through my local pharmacy. Low and behold, tri-lo marzia has NOT been discontinued and I receive it in 3 month fills at a time. My menstrual has since began to return to normal. I am unsure as to why I received miscommunication from Simple Health but this is nothing to play with. Suppose I would have continued with what was given to me by them. Who knows what complications I may have incurred. I will only utilize my gynecologist from here on out.

my order was delayed to the point where it interrupted my cycle and I was never sent a shipping confirmation until my order arrived.

Very disappointed because when I first signed up my insurance was approved and said I would be able to get sprintec through you to be shipped and after several back and forth messages with my information and being forgotten about for almost 2 weeks they proceed to tell me my insurance is no longer expected and that they would need to send my birth control to a real pharmacy and I only have 3 refills for a whole years that's only 3 months out of 12!

I highly dislike that there is no way to contact customer service in real time, you have to email or text and wait hours or days for a response. The medication I was prescribed first was absolutely terrible and a high dose when my body was used to a low dose medication that I had little to no symptoms with, makes me question if they get a kickback to prescribing certain medication? So I had to spend double the money to get the medication I wanted originally, they offered no discounts or exchange for prescribing a medication that made me severely ill, and encouraged me to continue taking it when I contacted them and told them it was making me extremely ill ............. like.... what???? NO. I’d say Over all the the lack of direct communication is a problem for this exact reason and I would recommend going to an actual dr in person if at all possible.

Got the prescription quick. But customer service sucks. I’ve tried to reach out via email and text and no reply. But they can take the time to send out spammy review emails...

They have been good until now. I emailed them about my prescription since I haven't gotten it in the mail and they told me they would get back to me in 3 days after saying i will b out soon. Horrible 🙄

The entire process from beginning to end took far longer than I anticipated. It would have been easier seeing a doctor in person instead, which is what I will do next time.
