Cycle never ended, until I stopped taking the pills

They said they would not charge anything until I gave approval and they did.

I love the idea of simple health. However I have been taking the birth control pill for over two months and I have been bleeding almost everyday and I am miserable due to this.

Easy, fast, but the end price is WAY more than they initially say (ex: $60 turned into $170) but it’s convenient, and I didn’t have to talk to anyone. Update: received a message after leaving this review basically telling me that I got confused by the pricing, so they broke it down like I’m stupid. Didn’t appreciate that at all. Won’t recommend anymore.

I love the idea of this service but for the price the response time is too long and very hands off.

Slightly confusing, and difficult to cancel or communicate

I was very comfortable with the birth control I was taking at first now that it is switch I’m cramping a lot and I would rather continue what I was taking instead of switching medicine in my body

Took quiz and was prescribed tri sprintec, was advised to start taking it on sunday or at the start of my period for it to be immediately effective. I started it on my period and I've been bleeding for going on a month now. Saw my actually doctor and she said I never should've been advised to start taking it on my period, and they should've had me start the day after my period ended, and that's likely the reason for my breakout bleeding. Every time I reached out to a doctor on here like "hey I'm still bleeding!" It was the same copy and paste response of irregular bleeding is common the first 3 months. it's not irregular its CONTINUOUS. Simple Health is fine if you're just looking for a way to get a bc you're already familiar with delivered I think but first time users beware, and DONT start it on your period!

overcomplicated website, and charged me even though i have health insurance. I also do not want to FC2 IC and you should make the website more useable so that I can remove this from my subscription -- I just don't need it. Also, i noticed a change in the brand of the birth control I was receiving this month but wasn't total beforehand that it would be any different or any information about this.

the plan b and condoms are cool but the birth-control I asked for was to help with nausea I normally get on birth-control and the #1 side effect for the one they gave me was nausea.. so not sure how that was helpful. Common side effects of Sprintec include: nausea (especially when you first start taking Sprintec)

I only used Sprintec for six days, but the large amount of negative side effects I got from it was harmful enough for my Simple Heath doctor to tell me to stop using it immediately and to go the hospital as soon as possible to check out what was wrong (after emailing that I was experiencing very worrying effects and wanted to stop). Turns out hormonal birth control doesn’t really sit right with me, so I have to consider non hormonal ways. Please check with your physician or go to a gynecologist before using birth control for the first time, if you can access them of course. I never checked in with them first, but I still wanted to try and trust this site for providing me with something I’ve never used before. Kind of silly of me looking back lol. Consider your options and don’t feel bad about asking copious questions before putting something into your body! Everyone is different, so what might work for one might not work for all. However, I do think that the site is great for people that already have a prescription and can’t go out to buy or receive it.

I dont think the website user experience is intuitive or user friendly. I would be happy to participate in a usability study to improve your digital footprint. Also, my communication was through texting and it took like 15 minutes for a rep to get back to me each time.

Extremely convenient but they changed my prescription every month. Different brands! It’s been messing with my hormones and making me miss multiple periods

I wish everything was more informative, and personable. I think this is a great idea/service, but it needs a few tweaks. Maybe a few more questions about medical history. The medication I received didn’t work for me. I had terrible side effects. I know that’s a risk with any new medication, but the fact that buying a 3 month supply is the only option sucks, for lack of a better term. Then you’re stuck with a medication that doesn’t work for you. Which in my case was very expensive since my insurance wasn’t accepted. A list of accepted insurances up front, and emphasis of no refunds or returns would also be helpful.

No one told me that the pharmacy was out of network with my insurance after 2 months.

The service was ok but the actual medication was a nightmare. My body is still suffering.

I have been using them for two months and on my third month they sent me a totally different brand of medication. I loved the old brand and do you know what changing medicine can do to someone. Confused and frustrated.

This company is terrible at communicating. I went three months without being to contact anyone, because I was ahead and had extra packs I got to the last few weeks and emailed with no trace of emails being sent. I texted, emailed, and direct messaged them with no reply. I finally gave up in a panic and switched to a new company and received my pills from them in time, before finally hearing back from simple health and them giving me one free month. Not shipping product for three months is unacceptable when it’s a prescription.
