“We got movers and paying was simple so for that we give 3 stars. But the movers we got were not professional at all but they did get stuff unloaded even though I had to start unloading things myself while they kept taking breaks and pictures of my stuff and the work that had been done”

“I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the loading crew; I have only the highest praise for them. I explained the fragile nature of my goods, and they were consistently careful and diligent in the handling of everything. The goods filled only half of the truck, but the crew was careful and inventive in both arranging everything and tying it all down to prevent movement during transit; and in fact there was no shifting of the cargo during the 2400 miles that I drove the truck from California to Tennessee. Finally, they completed the job in just 2-1/2 hours, which was about half the time that I had estimated that it would take. Throughout the process, they were friendly, courteous, careful and considerate of my needs. I am very pleased with my decision to engage the SML crew; they were a credit to your company.”

“SML was great on following up on the contrated workers as they were supposed to be here between 8 am and 9 am and showed up at 9:50 pm. SML knew I was not happy with them being late and they kept following up with the two men who were late and gave me a discount off my bill which made me happy. I will use SML again and I would recommend SML for your next move.”

“The movers in Florida scratched my furniture because they didn’t use the shrink wrap they had me buy for $30.00! They were nice and got everything in the truck but the guys in Buffalo mentioned that they didn’t pack it right. The guys in Buffalo were very careful with my furniture and the walls ! They were excellent !!!”

“Joyful Movers were great. Called to give updates on ETA. Arrived as indicated. Did a wonderful job moving the furniture and boxes from the home to the truck. Professional. Courteous. Friendly. Would use Joyful Movers again!”

“Guys arrived about 1/2 hour late but worked very hard when they got here. Completed the job quicker than I estimated. Also they helped assemble some of the furniture. Overall, a very good job.”

“The movers were quick and did a great job of fitting everything into the truck. The only reason I held back on 5 stars is because they had some trouble getting the couch out of the apartment and into the house. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.”
