“sml has an excellent employee (Joy) who answered the phone when I called about needing some men to pack up/unpack a moving truck for my trip to Virginia from Colorado in early June. She was very knowledge, friendly, efficient, courteous and just a pleasure to talk to her. I feel sml is very fortunate to have her as an employee for I got the feeling that she really enjoys her job and loves helping people who call. Today we need more people answering phones to be more like Joy!”

“We had a great experience using SML. The 3 gentlemen were all very professional, friendly, efficient, and obviously very experienced. When we got to our destination our family who unloaded the truck said, "Wow, whoever loaded this knew what they were doing!" Hiring SML loaders was worth every penny!”

“The persons sent over were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were on time and had the truck empty (16 ft.), this vehicle was full, in less the two hours. I would definitely use them again. no problems, I was fully satisfied with them.”

“It went very smooth. Arrived in time slot, got right to work. Truck was loaded perfectly for traveling from MI to FL. Nothing moved in truck, even with the rough condition of MI roads. Nothing was broken. Would definitely recommend and use again.”

“Brian and his assistant were great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They were kind, helpful, and worked very hard. I'm not sure but I think I overheard one of them say that they would only make $30 for two hours of work??? I hope this isn't the case, especially since I paid close to $450 for the move. I don't mind paying the money, because the service was outstanding, I just hope it's being fairly distributed. Can you please be a little more transparent about this? I've written books about the service industry and I take these things very seriously. Thank you.”
