“I have been unable to reach people by telephone. I've stopped by the office, and it is locked, and nobody answers the door. I've written your president a letter and ever HE won't respond to me. Since I can't rely on IOA to consult with me about my coverages, I have moved my business to another agency.”

“I have been trying to cancel the home policy with Louis and have not received the cancellation form to sign since 11/11/21. I canceled the same day I signed up for the policy and have not received anything yet. I emailed Louis and he told me that I should get a form of cancellation to sign in a couple of hours. Never received it. Called your office and spoke to a young lady on 11/12/21 5:30 pm and she said Louis wasn't there so she said I needed to speak to the service department transferred me over. I spent 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the line and no one picked up. Now it's the weekend. I don't expect to pay any coverage time as I immediately notified Louis the same day I found a company that covered me with no problem. I never have experienced such difficulty in canceling insurance as I have with this company. Needless to say, why would I recommend it? So disappointed!”

“It took over 1 day to return my call. The person I gave my bank numbers to so the premium would be paid in full did not lead me to have a sense of confidence this was going to happen. I got an email from the insurer that my policy was cancelled. I called the insurer and it said my bank could not recognize my account. I gave the numbers to the insurer and she was able to process it immediately. Apparently IOA was unaware it had entered the wrong info and that let my account to lapse. Had I not been attentive to the email from the insurer, my account would have lapsed all the while I assumed it had been paid and the insurance was in force. I will pay the insurer direct going forward and find little or no need for an agent.”

“After several episodes of the Keystone Cops, incompetency and Promises to correct bad situations I still await a refund for over 2 months. I have been given bad information, shuffled from office to office and am in awe of the incompetency”
