“We used you for moving myself and my partner from our 2 houses into 1 and used the packing and removal service. The only problem came when we needed to chase up the packing service which didn’t turn up on time and we had to chase. Other than that, great service - 2 teams of Romanian guys who worked tirelessly all day and got the job done with the minimum of fuss despite some at times tricky access arrangements. A great price too! Many thanks.”

“Was an hour late but was notified way ahead of time and they did explain why when they arrived. Got straight on with it and never messed about. Even helped with dismantling and reassembled a bed for us. Great service and would deffo recommend”

“first time using this service and had read a few reviews which encouraged me to choose simply removals. The phone call was quick and painless the customer service was extremely clear and helpful and asked key questions which further provided me with the confidence to continue. The two guys showed up right on time and were extremely friendly and professional ensuring they carried our furniture carefully and considerably out of our flat. they took great care ensuring no damage to the item and the walls lights fixtures etc... were left intact. Unloading was just as efficient with them doing it incredibly quickly as loading which I was extremely happy about as this did not exceed the two-hour prepayment i had in place with them. i actually called their office to let their office team that afternoon how great the guys were! outstanding and professional, highly recommend.”

“My mover was very meticulous and very pro-active, he helped me move even stuff that I thought was not worth carrying (eg 5 kg rice bag, oil bottles). The way he tied up everything in the van was great as nothing was able to fall or move so that it was safely transported. From what he told me this company operates like co-operative, and that can be really felt in the really good customer service.”

“They moved my hoo and were Absolutely brilliant they were late understandably had got stuck at a previous job but they more than made up for it! They moved so fast and didn’t moan a bit even with wanting things in tight complicated spaces!! I have had deliveries where the driver just moaned and groaned these two lads were more than happy to do anything I asked I am so thankful for Simply Removals as they were very reasonably priced quick and handled my goods with care! Honestly thank you so much for giving us an amazing service I will never use anyone else!!!”
