“Booked for a three hr slot to move a ground floor 2 bed maisonette to a three bedroom upstairs flat. Good, friendly service, all moving done well within time slot, and all goods moved carefully and securely. Easy to deal with company and upfront about total costa inc Vat, would use again.”

“Good service. I was slightly nervous initially as I had had read a few reviews that were negative however M George and his partner worked really well together. They were professional and got the job done. M George was able to communicate any questions he had regarding what needed to be moved, informing when cracks or damages were observed beforehand so we understood each other which i liked. It was evident that they are experienced and know what they are doing. I would use the service again Relieved its all over for Now.......”

“I have used Simply Removals twice and can say that they are excellent. They price competitively and you can pay by the hour if you want a bit more flexibility and the guys work just as hard. The guys I have had working for me have been pleasant and trustworthy and the admin back-up is also excellent and if any issues arise they will sort it out. I will use them for my next move.”

“Crew turned up 30 minutes late but did advise me by phone. Worked diligently at both addresses and all went well until a light fixture in the hallway was broken at my new house. Would have been a five star rating if not for the breakage.”

“We booked Simply Removals for your move from Basingstoke to Cambridge recently. I was really worried about the whole thing as their quote was a lot less than we expected it to be. The 2 gentleman that were booked to help us move were prompt and arrived dead on time. They were very professional and friendly. They helped us dismantle 3 pieces of large furniture and rebuilt them in our new property, even better than we had originally done! All in all a really good experience and we would definitely recommend their services to friends and family!”

“Highly recommended. I was moving from a 2 bedroom flat in Wokingham on the 2nd floor with no lift to a 2 bedroom flat in Stratford upon Avon. No task was too small, they went above and beyond ensuring items were moved quickly and efficiently. All was completed within 6 hours. Outstanding performance, definitely would use again.”

“Once the problem of the puncture on the van was solved the 4 men worked very hard to get the job done. They were polite and cheerful. Our belongings were treated with care and respect. They hardly stopped all day. Very impressed with the work ethic of both the admin staff and the removal staff.”

“Happy enough, although I felt they slowed down towards the end to take the time 15 minutes into the next hour - so I had to pay for a full extra hour. For this reason I recommended a friend who is about to move look elsewhere”

“Our exchange and completion happened on the same day in the middle of December 2018, as a result we have very little choice of removal firms given the busy time of year. We booked the full packing service as we had no time to pack. Simply Removals were the most expensive quote but given the short notice the quotation was provided quickly. Overall the service from the office and the person providing the quotation was very good. The staff who turned up on the day of the move to do the removals did a good job with the exception of a couple of the lads who let the others down as they were a bit lazy. For instance, a wet container was placed in the card box which meant the packaged box was soaked by the time we opened the box. Another example is one of the removal staff packed the coffee, tea and kettle first. We put these items to one side so we could use them and these items are generally packed last. These instances plus a few others could have been easily avoided hence the 'Acceptable' score instead of good.”
