“We were a slightly complex move, some things to storage for later delivery, some things to be disposed of, we were downsizing. Have to say Simply were great, easy to deal with and the crews were so helpful. Happy to recommend”

“The people who did the actual moving were great. They had a few problems to overcome - large furniture through small doorways and so on - but they were pragmatic and friendly. The cost was way too high, potentially because it was a relatively late booking, but for that money it basically can't offer value. All of our stuff ended up in our new home and none of it was damaged, though, so that was great.”

“Unfortunately the lorry that was provided wasn’t big enough and I had to leave my wheely bins behind and my plant got broken. Also I ordered 5 boxes and got charged over £25 on top of the £720 I paid. I wasn’t told this the money was taken off of my debit card without my authorisation”

“Price was very competitive, guys on the day were efficient. However, we discovered that some pretty bad damage had been done to my sons bed and craftily hidden when re-assembled. It was only a few weeks later when we went to move the bed that we noticed. It made the bed unsafe. Although they offered to come and mend it - it was beyond repair and I would not have felt comfortable with my son using the top bunk for safety reasons. They refused to pay an compensation as I had missed the deadline (1 week) despite the guys not notifying me of the issue on the day.”

“I used simply removals in April 2019 to move house in Wimbledon. They sent two chaps - they were friendly, hard working and got the job done in a timely manner. No object was broken in transit and they unpacked it quickly after, thank you”

“I highly recommend Simply Removals if you are moving home. Their three men turned up exactly on time at 9am. They proceeded to pack, disassemble sofas and our bed, remove all our possessions safely and securely to their van and were ready to leave by midday. They arrived at our new address after a short lunch break and proceeded to unload the van, placing every box in the correct location, reassembled the bed and the two sofas, changed the location of our new wardrobe, which was already in the apartment and left everything clean and tidy just a couple of hours later. No breakages, no damage to anything and everything moved with care. The men were friendly and efficient throughout the whole moving experience. If I had to award Simply Removals a mark out of ten, then they would get a ten. Look nowhere else for an efficient removal company at a reasonable cost.”

“Removal went relatively smoothly, but be aware of small print and hidden fees. Customer services (mainly accounts team) were not particularly helpful afterwards. Told them we were getting keys to new house til after 2pm they showed up at new place at 11am, and i was charged waiting time - wasn't happy, told customer services who weren't interested and took money from my holding account”
