“1. Communications from the admin staff prior to the move was inadequate. I had to phone to arrange. 2. The initial consultation was great but lacked follow up. 3. The team packing was brilliant! 4. The price for the electrician was excessive - I was totally mislead by the initial estimate. 5. In discussing the cost for the electrician the member of staff who I spoke to lacked adequate customer service skills by refusing to hear me out. 6. The monthly cost for storage was much higher than I envisaged as I was not given a full quite per month. In conclusion the removal were excellent but admin wise I feel very let down by a poor service.”

“Very efficient, once they found us. I had assumed from when I made the booking that the company was local but this was not the case as the vehicle had travelled a considerable distance. Having said that, the two guys were extremely good and value for money was exceptional. I will definitely use the company again, in fact I will be moving to more permanent accommodation in June so will be requesting a quote.”

“They arrived on time, were quick and respectful when loading my home. At the other end they were efficient and polite not minding when large items needed to be moved elsewhere. Very impressed and highly recommend this removal service.”

“Simply Removals have easy to understand, reasonable and transparent prices, friendly and professional people on the phone desk when you book and punctual, polite and helpful movers on the day itself; I was impressed. The packing service was quick and careful at the sold property and unloading at the bought end was equally painless. The two gentlemen who did the driving and the hard work of lifting and moving were uncomplaining and considerate: unsung heroes! Moving is never pleasant but the service from Simply Removals made the day bearable. On the day, the movers remained cheerful (despite lugging heavy boxes and furniture), calm and kind throughout. I would unreservedly recommend Simply Removals to anyone looking for a great service for their moving day.”

“Not having to use removals before it was hard trying to find someone who you’d be willing to trust with all your fragile and personal belongings. From the reviews I’d read on their website I decided to give them a call and from the first contact I had with them I knew they would be ok . We had to change our removal date quite a few times due to our dates being changed but this was never a problem with them and on the day they were prompt , professional and made our move very easy . I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed removals for any type of move.”

“I LIKE SIMPLY REMOVAL BECAUSE OF THEIR SERVICE. THEY ARE EFFICIENT AND PROMPT. THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS NICE. BUT I WILL LIKE SOME REDUCTIONS IN PRICE FOR COLLECTION AND DELIVERY OF GOODS IN FUTURE. IT IS BIT HIGH AT PRESENT. PROBABLY WILL USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN IN FUTURE.”
