“Simply removals didnt turn up, I had to call them to find out what was happening, they never called me to inform me of the delay, they told me there was an issue with the removal lorry, they then sent another lorry, which was over 3 hours late which had people who had already done a job that morning and they complained they were tired and my boxes were too heavy so me and my sister carried the heavy boxes booked a early morning slot as my husband was working in the afternoon which resulted in me having to move on my own, the lack of communication was ridiculous and unprofessional, they said they would call me back, I left it an hour and then called them again, they were also quite rude.”

“The removal guys turned up on time and where polite and pleasant and did a good job on the day, we had no breakages and made good time from London to Eastbourne. Simply quoted a good price, i would happy use Simply again.”

“Booked for our house move in Nov 18. Was clear when the removal men arrived that the van would not be big enough despite giving a detailed infantry of or belongings. Luckily I managed to source another removal company to support on the day. The two removal men were pleasant, but had little motivation to get the job done. They were very slow and could hardly walk slower when unloading. The other removal company unloaded in one hour and simply removals took over 2 hours with help from myself, family members and the other removal company! Broken mirror, with no apology offered.”

“The whole service was Fabulous from the date of booking to the day of removal. I have never used a removal company before their prices compared with some others expensive compared with others were cheaper all I can say is I definitely got money for value the guys I had went over and above, were efficient sand also very very helpful.”

“If Carlsberg did removal companies it would be you guys. both the packing service and the removal teams were absolutely awesome. I cannot speak highly enough of their diligence, professionalism and pragmatic approach throughout the whole process. Kieran gets a special mention. he was my port of call and he excelled brilliantly.”

“Brilliant service, friendly team and took the stress out of moving. The packing team were efficient, but could have completed the packing on day 1 so the removals team didn’t have to finish off for them. That being said the removal team were brilliant, finished packing & got the job finished by 3pm and were professional to the end. I would definitely recommend to others and use them again.”
