They were by far the most reasonable on Plantation Shutters and they came out and measured very quickly and when we told them we just found out from our window installer that our new windows had to be put in first and that they would have to come back out and remeasure after that. The owners were great they patiently waited another 2 months for that to be completed and came back out within 48 hours of our phone call saying windows were in and then kept us updated the whole time on our order. We were extremely impressed. We would definitely use them again. The quality was better than the other 4 companies I had come out and give me quotes and the price was less than half of the lowest bid of the other 4 companies. “We do love the shutters, especially because the price we paid made something that seemed unattainable to us, became feasible. We love that our home has shutters. We just haven’t had the best quality service with the people that come out and some of the shutters continue to seem “off”. We have called and when they came, the guys were quite dismissive about our concerns. Some of them squeak loudly or don’t shut well. It’s too bad and hope we don’t fall into the “you get what you pay for” situation with our shutters.”
