“We really like the look of the shutters. They are easy to clean, and look great. The only issue we had was when the person measured, they either measured incorrectly, or wrote it down wrong and one of the shutters was the wrong size for the window. It took us almost 6 weeks to get the original order, then one was wrong. The installer said that they could take it and cut it, and come back out a few days later and reinstall it. That was a lie. I contacted the company after a week had passed, and not only could they not cut it down to fit, but they had to order another shutter entirely, (which they didn’t do until I called) and it would be another 6 weeks. And I was told that “other orders were before mine, and there was no way to expedite it”. I feel like my order should of been a priority, and should of been expedited since it was measured incorrectly, and then I was lied to by the original installer.”
