“Everything was great.. the only thing I would say you guys should work on is more communication about the status.. I never got any updates of my order and had to call myself and they were very late past the time I was quoted and I never got any notification on that I had to check myself the whole time”

“What a great experience! From the moment we called to inquire about using simply shutters we have been so pleased. They were able to book us a consultation right away, the shutters were custom fit based on our preferences and when the were ready to be installed, the installers were in and out in a very timely fashion. Not to mention, everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. We LOVE our shutters, the service was remarkable and of course you can’t beat the price! Thank you, Simply Shutters!”

“Shutters are great except that 1 was scratched before install. The person said they had tried to paint it but it didn't blend so they would order a new one. Never heard from Simply Shutters again. We have called and no one has returned our call”
