“My experience with the company was overall good, The shutters are amazing and were professionally installed. The only down side was the wait. I had to wait a little over 2 months for the order to arrive, in which I know it would take, but then I had to wait an additional 2 weeks to get them installed. “I love my shutters!! Excellent customer service! Installing was only a few hours. I started downstairs and 6months later I decided to have the shutters installed throughout my house!! If you haven’t tried shutters, I would highly recommend getting them!!”

“Short version: I got what I expected, considering the price. Detailed version: That is not a dig by any means, it is just fact.The product is decent, considering the price. If I used the company I normally use the price would be considerably higher. However, the quality would be no match. You offer no customization and the way you corrected one of the issues was amateur. The installers installed, nothing more. Wherever they drilled, as an example, the shavings were left, at every opening, etc etc. They left tubes of caulk and the gun in the middle of the floor when they left. It appeared they needed to get out as fast as possible to get to the next job. Would I use you again? Yes, if I were on a tight budget. Please don’t take this response as complaining. It is not. Just fact, from my perspective. The issue is that if anyone I know looking for shutters ask me how I liked your company, I would give the same answer. That could either help or hurt. I understand you are a growing company and your pricing is great but, I think you need to step it up a notch, particularly on installation. In my opinion, I think if they would have taken another 15 minutes to pay attention to final clean up and to an issue that became apparent literally the first time we used the door my rating would have gone from acceptable to good.”

“Two of the shutters had to be replace one was installed damage and the kitchen had to be replaced because of the wrong measurement. You guy’s came through just took a couple of month. Overall good company great workers.”

“Timely response to emails. In home estimate was informative. Missing the little tabs for the holes on the side of the sliders. I need 32. I have two sets of sliders (4 total) with 8 holes each. This is the first follow up since I received my installation, maybe a sooner one would be beneficial. Very happy with product and would refer to other friends.”
