“We were happy with the finished product. But we have to check the larger ones on french doors. When installed they sag. They said it was the way it was packaged . I will update the review if they are even when we go back home. We were disappointed in the time it took to get them. We ordered them on April 6. They were ready July 20. So you need to know that. But the employees were great and the shutters are beautiful . The installer was on time and it went perfectly . I will update my review and let you know how the shutters do in a few weeks where the sagging is. Hopefully they will straighten out with time I gave it a 4 because we do love the finished product , great price and loved Dawn and Steve and the installer. Polite, nice clean up and reliable.”

“The price point is where I was sold. The time it took the shutters to come in was very lengthy and a little too long. The installation crew was nice however they marked up walls but a little paint fixed that issue. If the company continues to use low prices I would use them again as the other issues are minor.”
