“Sales rep didn’t take the time to properly detail the order which led to some confusion on the installation. The original installers did not have the proper resources or direction to complete the installation. The follow up installer worked hard to satisfy our expectations. The shutter quality is very good. Overall we are happy with the product and would purchase again but with better written specs on the job.”
