“These shutters are beautiful and well built. The installation was done very quickly and professionally. Great crew. We waited about 10 weeks for delivery...pretty standard for custom shutters. We are very pleased, and the rooms look great. Such a nice clean designer look.”

“Everyone was so pleasant and professional. The staff were informative with regards to the status of my order throughout the process and the installer was prompt, efficient and did an awesome job with the installation. We are very pleased with both the company and the product and it made our home more comfortable and beautiful ... thank you! The only thing I had a minor issue with was that the shipment, delivery and install took 12 weeks and not 8 weeks as informed by the company when originally placing the order... I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer but you should tell your customers that it could be 12 weeks as that is more realistic...”

“Excellent product with a wonderful service. The installers arrived ahead off schedule and completed the installation with great care to existing windows structure. After complaining the installation, we did a walkthrough and corrected any concerns I had right away. They have awesome friendly personality! We love the new shutters and many thanks for your product and service!!!”

“I was completely satisfied with the estimator, scheduling, installation and product. The only thing that was not 100% was the delivery/completion time estimate which I assumed would take longer and had no problem waiting because I was not in a rush. The price was worth the wait for me, but some people are very impatient so it’s better to be upfront about timing so as not to upset those kinds of people. Keep up the good work!”

“My wife and I shopped around and looked at many options at various price points . Simply shutters price came in at a low quote with a product sample we liked . We were concerned about picking a product that was so much less expensive than others because as the adage goes . “You get what you pay for “ but I can honestly say we could not be happier both with the installation service and with the product itself . The one notable trade off on cost savings was the wait time from measuring to installation . But our patience paid off and we literally saved thousands for an end result we are thrilled with . We left one window undone in a bathroom that was not remodeled yet . I am hoping they can get that last window in the shower done once we call in a shorter time frame .”
