“The shutters are beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was an 8 week wait time but the cost made it well worth the wait. We had one problem with the installation of the valance over our patio door. The opening was unusually wide and they had to piece the valance together. The glue was applied poorly and the valance separated. I called customer service the next day and they did not hesitate to say they would replace it. The valance will be replaced when we return this fall. Otherwise we were very pleased with the quality, look and cost of the shutters. Despite the one problem I highly recommend this company.”
