“From the very beginning visit from a Steven who took measurements and gave us the quote, to Dawn tracking the delivery (albeit much longer than expected) to the installation everything was done in a most professional and thorough manner. The delay was something out of Simply Shutters control and Dawn was honest and upfront about the delay. Once they arrived they were delivered and installed very quickly by 2 polite and again professional young men. The quality of excellent and WELL worth the wait! Thank you to Steven, Dawn and staff, we can’t wait to do the family room.”

“We absolutely LOVE our shutters! After meeting with 3 different companies we chose simply shutters and let me tell you we were nervous because the prices seemed way too good to be true BUT...do not hesitate...they are wonderful!!! The wait time was a LONG time 8 weeks but for the amazing price it was so worth it!! They called to schedule the install and were later then expected so I was thinking they would call to cancel but they showed up at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and they were so kind and professional! We have had our shutters 6 months now and we Love them!!! They make the house look so nice and they provide complete security (you could always see in our old junk window treatments) they provide darkness when you get a day to sleep in and they help lower the electricity costs if you close them when go away. Honestly, I don't know why we waited so long to get them and with this company now average people can actually afford them. My shutters look like the super expensive ones and they are the same exact quality. If you don't mind waiting for them to make them its a deal you can't pass up.”

“Simply Shutters installed our shutters about 18 months ago and so far we’re very happy with our decision to go with them. The quality and workmanship of the shutters is very good and we’re specially happy about the price. We did have a two week unexpected delay with delivery and installation because we ordered them right around Chinese New Year and Simply Shutters did not take that into consideration when they gave us the expected delivery and installation date, however Simply Shutters did compensate us with a small discount for the inconvenience.”
