“The product looks fantastic and we could not be happier with how they finish off the house. The installers were also very skilled at their craft and took the time to put in properly and professionally. I would have given 5 stars, but the time to order to install was greatly under-quoted. I was originally given an 8-week install time, but by the time everything was completed it was more like 16 weeks.”

“My overall experience was very easy. Our sales rep was very helpful and explained that the orders take 8 weeks since the product comes from China. Once the order was received, installation was quick. We were very happy with the product that we placed a second order for the remaining windows in our house.”

“I think simply shutters has a great product and friendly knowledgeable staff. The only down fall is having to wait so long for the product- which is worth the wait by the way. I also find it difficult to get return calls drom the salesman but you can call the direct line and get an answer back pretty quickly. Overall a pretty great resource.”
