“We had our three window order of Simply Shutters installed in Jan 2019. In general we are pleased with the shutter product, material, operation and installation. We assumed they would have stationary end panels on each end of the sliding door panels. They would have nicely finished off the installation. We were told that was not available which seemed a bit odd to us as their competitors did offer as part of their offering.”

“I love my shutters, but the transaction, etc was not the smoothest. In addition, when my shutters were installed, I was not living at my residence full time yet. There was some minor touch ups like the cornice needing to be replaced because it was cracked upon putting it up. I just could never get in touch with anybody to come back out.
