“Not impressed with my first purchase. I ordered 3 scooter parts for my son's custom scooter build. The forks arrived damaged and with a part missing. The grip tape arrived all screwed up and damaged due to poor packing. Tried at least 10 times to call Skates, nobody picked up. Sent emails left a voicemail and after a couple of days I got a call back and the issue was resolved. The lady I spoke to in fairness was apologetic and very helpful but the overall experience was below expectations.”

“The items that I ordered for Christmas didn't turn up, I was told they would be resent then that 2 were now out of stock, I requested replacements and then was informed these were out of stock. I had to cancel whole order for a full refund.
Not happy at all as these were for my son for Christmas.”
