“The product was excellent and arrived on time. However overall there were problems:
The box had been used before and had been scribbled on. Not a good impression if sent as a gift.
There was no list of contents.
No Free skates sticker pack as promised on invoice.
Only 1 alum key was provided when 2 were needed.
The address was wrong which caused some anxiety waiting for the scooter to arrive.
A very good product spoilt by shoddy dispatch. Therefore difficult to rate.”
