“The customers service person I spoke with was really helpful. I expressed my concern that reviews I'd read said the Heelys ran small to get a size larger but I'd just confirmed my order online and wanted to know if I could/should order a larger size, as it's a birthday gift for a friend. The Skates.co.uk customer service person said she's the same size as my friend and actually tried on that size to see if she thought she'd need to go larger if they were for her. She reassured me by saying they fit comfortably and so hoped it would for my friend as well. She was really pleasant and easy to talk to. Thanks, Skates.co.uk!”
“Lovely boots and excellent reliable service. The were for a neighbours daughter and we had looked everywhere, not only looking for decent pair of skates but next day delivery. ( some companies say next day delivery and then it doesn't arrive)
The skates were excellent and according we only ordered them at 12pm on the Tuesday , they arrived before 12pm the next day.. Very very impressed.”

“My son chose the parts and built his scooter for his birthday, which was delivered the next working day. Superb service with lots of communication that told me when it was dispatched and who would be delivering it. Only slight issue was the price before checkout was cheaper than when I got to check out, not sure why and dint contact to find out why. We tried it a few times with different parts but each time the price was always higher at checkout. May need to look at that but had a very happy son who hasn't been off his scooter since it was delivered”
