Would rather have given no stars! Awful service from this company. I placed my first order nearly a month ago now delivery time was fine under the current circumstances but when ordered I nearly got trapped as most do with the signed up for a weekly order. Do they really think people can go through that much product every week or even month! When my order arrived I received an incorrect product which I was really disappointed about as the product missing was the main one I wanted and the main reason I ordered from them. I then contacted them to explain and was told I would receive a reply within 48 hours... 5 days later someone emailed me and said they could offer a 25% refund on the incorrect product or I could send it back and received the correct product and they would cover postage. I replied and said I was happy to keep the incorrect product and would I be able to pay for the one I didn’t receive and they just cover the postage. I saw on the reviews this was offered to someone else but they replied to me (days later) and said it’s not company policy? I thought they would rather that as they would be getting more of my money! Plus it would probably have restored my faith in the company and I would have continued to use them. I said could I please have the 25% refund on the product then and that was over a week ago now and I’ve just been completely ignored. Awful service and so unhelpful! Their chocolate spreads are good but their syrups are really not worth ordering. Even the savoury ones taste sweet and they’re all artificial tasting. I will never use again.

As other have said, poor website, crashes, banners obscure things and you end up scrolling up and down and then think the order hasn’t gone through - sting in the tail, bitter taste: you have no order acknowledgement but they are charging you a weekly fee. You then have to create an account to try to stop the orders. You are advised to pay postage to receive and return unsolicited items even when you cancel. Beware, the order page hides the important details.

Do not order from this company they scammed me with subscription and took another payment over 40 pound out of my bank a week later then egnored my emails and I have sent about 6 they keep replying with a automated email if I don’t hear anything in a few days I shall be taking this further as I want a refund to something I did not sign up to! I got my delivery the mayo actually made me gag next smelt anything so disgusting in all my life was like a bottle of glue couldn’t even attempt to taste it went straight in the bin the porridge is tasteless and so is the golden syrup the peanut butter was like water just over all bad! The only decent thing is the protein bars which you can get from your local super market don’t know how this company dares sell products like this there vile and have the cheek to scam people and charge them weekly and everything is so over priced terrible terrible terrible what a waste of money never again!

Avoid this company. I don’t have an account but appear to have a subscription and they take money which is not authorised, every week. I’ve tried to contact them and no response Avoid this company

This company have a very sly trick on their website, if you miss the small print and don't tick a box the order you have put in is sent every week! if you try to contact them they conveniently are "too busy" to web chat and what a surprise they don't advertise a phone number. send them an e mail to tell them you want to cancel the subscription that you never knew you had and you get an auto robot style reply that puts all the work on you to sort their mess out. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE CROOKS! NOT ONLY THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE POOR IMPORTANT RUBBISH, SKINNY MAYBE BUT RAMMED WITH SO MANY CHEMICALS THAT ARE BAD FOR YOU.

Used to love this company so much, until they started trying to scam customers with 'subscriptions'. I've made the same order every few months for a couple of years and somehow ended up with a weekly subscription last time - where one item of the two was delivered on BOTH occasions but both were charged for and a refund is refused. Copy and past e-mails received over and over when trying to query. Reporting to Trading Standards at the moment- PLEASE AVOID!!

I placed an order and have now been charged 3 times. Orders are being sent to me without me requesting. I have emailed for a refund numerous times and no luck. Customer service is terrible and I will never use you again

Really disappointed with my recent order... I ordered on 4th April and still haven’t received it. Never usually have a problem... have emailed support and they advised a delay of up to 12 working days ... which is past what I’ve been waiting! was really looking forward to receiving my sauces and syrups!

I loved the products but now they keep sending me a product every week and are not answering emails. I have had to reverse charge on my credit card and report as fraud to police. Do not give this company your credit card details.

Awful company had to pay own return shipping (£13), missing items from order, following unauthorised payments taken from my bank and no helpful response from customer service.

Absolutely shocking service from this company. Ordered on 12th April, then received an email on 17th to say that it had shipped. Today is 1st May and no items have been received. It took me about 20 messages to get any response from the company, and when they did they just sent me a copy and pasted response blaming Royal Mail! Do not buy from this company unless you have money spare as you will never receive your items.

Ordered the mayo, ranch, garlic and herb and sweet chilli sauces, plus the maple syrup, honey-style syrup, peanut butter-style syrup, vanilla creamer, and cookie dough coffee. Will all have to be binned (or given away, although I don't dislike anyone enough for that), it all tastes absolutely vile, very artificial and chemical tasting, and leaves a horrible aftertaste. I knew they would never taste like the real thing, but didn't expect them to be so bad, especially considering the products seem to be so popular on social media and the reviews are all great on the website, I can't help but think the company is misleading customers by hiding negative reviews

Same as a few comments.. Sending me a weekly syrup that I can't cancel subscription as it says it doesn't have anymore with my email address.. Yet they send me emails. Dodgy if you ask me... Utter con firm so now I'm £28 a month out of pocket each month... A lot of money out of a pension... Ud rate them zero if it was available

I ordered a golden syrup and a white chocolate spread off here after reading the good reviews. I did find it a bit strange that there wasn't a single negative review but thought wow these must be good. The chocolate spread tastes lovely however when you actually look into the calories for the serving suggestion it really isn't much better than Nutella etc, think it worked out about 5 calorie difference per serving so that's a bit of a con. The syrup was horrendous, so watery and has such a strong artificial taste it will be going in the bin. The thing that has bothered me the most about these is that I left a review on the 2 products I bought, the white choc spread saying it tasted good but make sure you check the serving suggestion before ordering if you think you are getting a "guilt free" product as they promote so much and on the syrup I said that it tasted very artificial, one I published the reviews I went back on to double check they were showing and I go in to check today and .....they have gone. No wonder the reviews on their actual website are amazing when they clearly remove the negative ones, absolutely shocking.

I contacted them after spending Over £20 with them To say that the mayo was inedible and asked if they could offer me an alternative option to sample like a chocolate flavour etc (as I suspect these taste ok) the reply was that they only offer alternatives or refund when bottles have been unopened 🙄how does this work if you’re supposed to be tasting them- shocking customer service and now won’t be using them again

Like the products, despite tasting VERY chemically they're a good alternative to bulk out sauces, etc. if you're losing weight. However, after having purchased a few times I ended up with a weekly subscription I definitely don't remember signing up for - regardless, my bad, but the ones that arrived before I realised to cancel included ONE item out of my order and charged me full postage both times. I politely asked for a refund for the missing items (x2) and the postage as I wouldn't have paid postage for one item. I get a standard response from an agent every time that doesn't really relate to my e-mail, and no refund after weeks of e-mailing :( be careful!

Ordered sauces and cooking oils , sauces are inedible - taste vile !!! I have also been signed up to a weekly subscription without my knowledge- already had 3 payments taken out of my bank!! Told can return my products but have to pay for return myself- will cost too much so won’t be worth it - they don’t pay for returns. I only ordered to help a company out with what’s going on at the moment- wish I’d never bothered !! I’m now £70 out of pocket when I originally ordered £20 worth of products, this company are so unfair with the automatic hidden subscription!!!

I got the Smokey BBQ and original Mayo without reading reviews because you’d expect something that is at least edible from a mass producing company. Usually I think reviews are over reacting as well. But....they are both genuinely inedible- I took one taste and threw them straight in the trash. Absolutely vile. Not even worth testing out if you’re on the fence. STAY FAR AWAY because you’re just wasting money.

I ordered some sauces, syrups and spreads. The spreads were fine but everything else was disgusting! The sauces looked and tasted vile, I had to throw them away. To top it off, I realised I had somehow signed up to a WEEKLY subscription and the whole order came again. When I disputed it, I was told I was not allowed a refund! Unreal. Don't use them, they are con people.
