I recommended my sister to Sky in july with a promise of amazon vouchers. After 4 call and several messages and my sister being hung up on today we still have yet to receive them. Do not belive the lies of getting vouchers for recommending people. You won't get them

Opening an account horrible. Instructions bad and confusing. Only my account # had no problem to go through. Stupid questions for verification myself.

I left sky on 14/8 but you finished me on the 4/8.l paid up to the 14/8 but you say I owe £23.44 and threatened my with debt collection

If I was asked to rate my sky experience out of 5 I would give them a minus 5 something that worked so prefect and smooth has been destroyed into one of the worst services and customer services I have ever come across. They asked me to change my broadband to the new one and cut off my old one before new one started and cut off my land line when I asked for it to be fixed they said I cancelled them what a joke 6 times I was told I would get a call back never did 6 times I was told It was fixed and asked for money and it wasn't I was lied to numerous times promised things numerous times spent around 100 euro on calls to them lost out on my own time lost out on work was given 30 euro of a bill as a sorry and they still haven't fixed my issues so what would I say about sky use have destroyed a good company and what where left with is a pathetic laughable joke of a company with no properly trained staff for example during one conversation that went on for hours on there text service the employee said I'll be back in 15 minutes I'm going on a break when she hadn't done anything to fix the issues disgusting caring on from a large company

Left Sky Broadband well within cooling off period due to cheaper with NOW TV. Returned Sky equipment and got messages confirming no early termination charges due and receipt of equipment. Then received email saying they would debit £255 from my account within 10 days for early termination charges! My pregnant daughter shares the bill and it completely stressed us both out. Spent hours trying to get past help bot on Sky app but couldn’t get to a human. Had open WhatsApp conversation from last problem with them so contacted them through that. They say “Sorry it’s all a mistake”. Compensation? - “Here’s £11 off your next bill” For stressing out a pregnant woman! Seriously? £11 - unbelievable! They clearly don’t care. I hope they spend a sleepless night wondering how they’re going to pay an unexpected, bogus charge whilst listening to a stressed out, pregnant loved one crying! I certainly earned my £11 compensation that night.

On the surface Sky Stream is a great concept. Sky TV without the need for a dish. So why the poor review? Sky stream's execution is just garbage. The pucks are under powered and have all manner of issues. The most criminal of all is charging customers to "Skip" adverts, which is not really skipping at all. It's fast forwarding through adverts that Sky themselves have inserted in the middle of content, including their on-demand offerings (box sets). The problem is, it simply doesn't work. If you try to fast forward at anything above 6-12x it will either miss the start of your show, or bounce you straight back to the beginning of the adverts. Why?, because the boxes are garbage and don't contain enough buffer memory to allow for a seemless experience. That's not to mention the constant slight pauses and audio dropouts IV experience. This is on a 1Gbit broadband connection, connected via ethernet. If you are currently in Sky Q, I'd highly recommend you stay that way, or consider NowTV, as the service offers an add free experience with the Boost Bolt-on.

I went with Sky because they had the lowest complaints with Ofcom, so I signed up for 3 years, not a wise move. Been having issues from day 1, every time i call them they ask me to reboot. When I had enough and decided to walk away, then they started suggesting real support but I couldn't see myself dealing with them anymore, so they threaten me with fine if I leave. You've been warned, don't be fooled.

Sky stream is terrible , sound , picture , ease of use was not customer friendly , apps wouldnt connect . Cant record , do not bother Its only good feature , No dish needed Welcome back Sky Q ! Gives everthi g that Stream cant give and morr

My elderly mother moved house and we purchased a sky q, broadand and wifi. Engineer booked today 12 until 5 but didnt arrive. Apparently sent whattsapp message but she doesnt have whattsapp. Shocking service and im looking for alternative service from a reliable provider that actually values its customers

Have been waiting approx 4 weeks for connection. First they said there was a blockage, the first visit confirmed this and installed all the boxes inside and outside the house! BUT apparently did not fill out the right paperwork to send the right follow up engineer. 2 visits later still sending the wrong engineer! SKY (my provider just hopeless to put pressure on open reach! THEIR Subcontractor!!) Surely if you are delegating you should have some escalation process that does not take weeks with no assurance of a workdate!!!! meanwhile the weeks have ticked by, and I still don't have a connection and the call center repeats the same script "we all use wifi for different things, we understand your frustration but our hands are tied!!!" "no we do not have the technology to provide you with a dongle to keep you going" and "yes oh dear we charged you for a service that you have not received!!!" REALLY??

You were charging me £93 a month to watch TV. What a con. I tried to cancel but it was impossible to get through so I cancelled my DD. Now I have a fire tv stick fir a one off price of £30

Shocking support, indian call centres, no-one can resolve why i don't get a text for the 2 step verfication for email..They tell me to call my mobile provider ?? They also tell me to ring Yahoo ?? My contract is with Sky therefore they should resolve all my problems. Ignore the 1 star it should be no stars.. Years ago you used to be able to talk to the complaints depo, not no more..

We waited for a whole month for the sky stream service to be activated without any luck. They charged us for the tv without even having Internet and gave us so much hassle that we ended up cancelling the whole process. We ended up getting it from 3 mobile fixed and used it qithin 15 minutes this is what I call customer service not bloody sky scammers.

absolute rip off company been with them for 25 years and I pay double the monthly fee compared to my son-in-law for the exact same package, when I rang up they would not match it due to the excuse that the offer had finished, OMG I would not give Sky a penny of my money, when are you going to wake up and realise you cannot keep ripping off long standing customers

Shocking ordered I pad paid £40 upfront no confirmation email called them and absolutely useless tried getting me to order another one and pay more upfront but I’m sure if they ran another credit check it would be declined and make my credit even worse, bloke on phone was hard to understand don’t know why you can’t speak to someone that speaks good English

Shocking customer service. Been on hold 3 times now for over an hour each call. Website sends me round in circles trying to sell me new stuff,no help to be had anywhere but quick enough to take my money every month after over 20 years of loyalty with them. Avoid at all costs,I'm cancelling sky. Anything is better than this charade.

Been with sky for 18 years and I’m telling you straight there will not be a 19th. Prices have gone stupid I’m paying on a deal £67 per month next month this goes upto, ready, £170 a month. There Staffs attitude is abysmal the broadband was worse than dial up when you ring to complain your told snd this is a quote “it’s the s****y bt lines not us” I was shocked I’ve moved to bt for broadband and it’s awesome and yes it’s the same s****y lines but turns out it’s the provider I’ve lodged 2 complaints both ignored now they are threatening me with debt collection over a £31.50 early termination fee so they can happily shuv the telle and everything else sky somewhere they might not get a signal.

Absolutely disgraceful service, customer for 24 years paying £122 per month. Signal lost more than its on for over a month, text communication to Sky help was no help at all. Im not the account holder but am on the account to deal with issues. Couldn’t remember password so got no further. They even refused to cancel acc without password and wouldn’t give option to change or to ring me on the number they have on the acc. More TV is looking good at the minute I’m done with this rip off Sky rubbish
