“the website was easy to use, my payment went through fine. but the customer service is HORRIBLE. after about 3-4 days of purchasing my hair i tried to contact someone about tracking my package. No response. after 5 days of purchasing my hair i tried to contact someone again. no response. finally 6 days after the purchase i received my hair. i purchased 3 bundles of the peruvian body wave, when i first felt the hair, it didnt feel as soft/silky as other hair that ive purchased but i still tried it out any way. i am now about two weeks into my sew in and the shedding is so crazy, & its getting tangled. i am very disappointed. will not be purchasing again. (yes, i washed the hair before my install)”

What are you putting in your hair to keep it moisturize & are you braiding it up at night ? which shampoo and conditioner do you use ? all these things are factors of proper care. Don't use a wig brush to brush the hair it causes the hair to shed excessively.

“The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. All they do is lie repeatedly and tell u what u may want to hear without acting on. So unprofessional. Will argue with u and all. 16.00 for shipping and still takes 2 weeks to get hair. I couldn't even have my hair done for my bday cause it was beyond past due. She lied and said they would send it express mail the next day. Yet another lie. Never again”

“My first order was fantastic. The hair was great. It was easy to dye, held its curl but it did shed a little. That was an easy fix. My problem with Slay Queen happened when I placed my second order. They cancelled my order because they had the wrong price up. Instead of letting me order the way the price way listed for over a month on their website then fixing it after. They tried to charge me 100$ more for something that was their problem. Customer service needs help. They were very rude and did nothing to help a problem they caused.”

“The hair sheds a lot!! It tangles easily and I probably will never buy this hair again. I even bought a 360 frontal and the top kept getting matted and it was just a really bad experience. I would not recommend this hair. 4537 order number and it's already installed and dyed. I use argon oil products”

“Very soft have wore it for 2 months.. took it out washed it and reinstalled it and it still looks new I love it! It just sheds a lot. I will order again though I had Brazilian deep curly!”
