“The price was fantastic for a great fan. When I had an issue with the remote the customer service was prompt and helpful to send me new components quickly to fix my issue. Amber in the customer service department is wonderful. I would highly recommend this company as they stand by their products and customers!”

“They have the best customer service I would say. My fan initially was not synicing with the app and not starting. I msg them once about my fan concern and they checked with me continously untill my issue was resolved. They send me new adapter to check it was adapter issue. Later it was not fixed they replaced me with new fan. I truely appreciate there assistance as they abide by their product.”

“We did A LOT of research and chose this fan because it is a "smart" fan and so easy to just say "hey Google. turn the fan to a slower speed," or Hey Google, turn off the fan light." And, we really like that it has a separate yellow and white light - most fans are just yellow and they aren't bright enough. And, it's quiet!! And, the price is very competitive. All around - a great fan. In fact, this is our second SmaFan and we would buy another! Highly recommend.”

“Love the looks of the fan even more than the pictures. Installed easily. Features I was unaware of, bright light white or dimmer light amber. Love the fan speeds, its quietness, and the amount of air it pushes. Very glad I waited for this one, it is perfect. Even my techy son's like it!! Thank you.”

“We installed SmaFan ceiling fans (via Kickstarter) in our previous home in 2019, and loved them, so when we began remodeling another home, we only wanted SmaFan for our new home. First, the SmaFans look great! Importantly, however, the fans also function beautifully. The fan motors and fan blades operate very quietly, even at the highest speed. The fan is very stable (no wobble), regardless of the speed and/or direction of the blades. The number of different speed choices allows the fan to provide just the right amount of airflow, depending on the situation. Also, the two choices for Light Appearance (warm white or cool daylight) combined with the ten (10) different brightness settings of the light allow the SmaFan to produce the proper style and amount of light for any function. Finally, both the remote and the Carro App are intuitive and easy to use, making it simple for anyone to properly adjust the fan for maximum comfort. Nevertheless, despite all of this, the fans also look great and can blend into any room. For us, it is important for the fan to simply be a part of the room, and not stand out, dominate the landscape, or negatively impact the design. Like the Groom’s mother at a wedding – the fan should look stunning (without clashing), function efficiently, and not be the center of attention – SmaFan delivers on all counts. Therefore, when we decided to purchase a new home and embark on an extensive remodeling project, it was a given for us we would install SmaFans in our new home.”
