“The product and people are great. The support process is broken. I tried to call for a couple of rudimentary questions. I was disconnected twice, and sent an email. I still have no answers.”

“Just received it and have not installed it yet. 1-10-24 Had to make a 1-1/2inch shaft extension to fit my log splitter. Works good with the extension.”

“I contacted Small Engine Warehouse to see if they could help me repower my Scag 52 inch walk behind mower. After giving my model number, they gave me the motor that would fit and the price. I ordered it, and they said it’d most likely come after Christmas, which was fine with me. As I’m sitting in my chair the next day, I see a large box exiting a UPS truck. I was absolutely amazed by the quickness and the packaging. However, as I opened the packaging, I realized there was a muffler gasket missing. So I had to go out and by another one, but nonetheless. I’m very satisfied with this company and I can’t wait to do further business.”

“Dustin Flynn did a great job identifying a replacement and alternative engines that would work for me. Robbin and Mandy (customer service) were very helpful in trying to resolve an issue that occurs when ordering on the website and trying to use Sezzle. If billing address and ship to address are not the same, then Small Engine website doesn't feed that info back to Sezzle. Thus you can't utilize the the 3 month no interest offer from Sezzle. Problem is with S.E.W. website I guess. I had to order with a credit card. It was unfortunate that it couldn't get resolved, but the employees did all they could to help, but it didn't fix it for me and so I was a little dissatisfied, due to the number of calls, the amount of time and not being able to utilize the Sezzle offer from my side.”

“Excellent prices, quick shipping, and quality products. The engine I got worked very well even though it was not the direct fit that they claimed. Being a small engine repair operation I made it work fine. I will use them again if needed”
