“This was our first guided tour, and I have to admit,I was reluctant because of many reasons. But was I ever wrong! We had a great experience, thanks to Smartours, and especially to our tour guide, Peter Murphy. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all the places we visited, but he kept us entertained and laughing during the coach rides. I highly recommend this trip!”

“From the other people on the tour I heard our transportation should have been a regular tour bus. Also we didn’t have headphones to hear our tour guide when in an open space.”

“A fun busy comprehensive trip . Good guides. Ideally I would suggest it be 2 days longer with 1 more full day in Madrid and more time at the Prado museum, 1 more full day in beautiful Valencia .”

“Our trip to Italy was sensational! The sights, the food, the hotels and our group was fantastic! Our tour guide Ambra was the most intelligent, kind and caring woman! She went above and beyond and we are hoping that she will be our guide on our next Smartour! We have made friends on this trip that will last a life time!!! Thank you!!!”

“Additional comments to earlier review. The boarding in Newark was very prolonged. There were two overseas flights leaving from adjoining gates making it warm and confining. Also announcements were difficult to hear. This was on Your leaving August 1, 2019. Street side rooms in Dublin were very noisy, heard people shouting after leaving the nearby pubs and the street sweepers in early morning.”

“The tour was fantastic. It was organized and on-time. The guides were great especially Dagmar. Lake Titicaca was a highlight and the guide there was fabulous. The hotels were wonderful. The meals that were included were delicious and in very nice restaurants. We will travel with smart-tours again.”
