“Absolutely outstanding. Excellent value-absolutely no surprise charges. Good hotels. Shaun Bartnick was the best Tour Director ever--Kept track of all details, kept track all of us, made excellent recommendations about meals and optional tours, very knowledgeable, great communicator, etc. This was a trip of a lifetime for us. Thanks. We would definitely recommend SmarTours as well as use Smartours again.”

“SmartTours you knock this out of the park. Absolute homerun, not just the 5 star hotels and food and constant attention to details but also our tour guide Johnathan Mueller made this tour absolutely the best ever. His attentive nature and guiding hand made this great trip fantastic. His approach made a trip fun, educational, and personal. I personally did a small personal survey of the 36 people who were on our tour some who have traveled many different places over the world how they rated this particular tour from 1 through 10, 1 being the worst. All except one gave this tour a "9" the one exception gave it a "10". Thank you for a memorable trip that will stay with me for many years.”

“The sites were wonderful! The tour guide, however, was evasive even when asked a direct question. Some days the itinerary was different from the one initially provided. I would appreciate a complete itinerary for the upcoming day at least the night before.”

“Exceptional tour. Great value for the money. Our tour guide ,Son, was the best I've ever had. He is exceptional as well. This is the second tour I do with Smartours and I will travel with no one else from here on. Thank you!”

“The tour was beyond my expectation. It was well planned, well timed, educational and fun. The tour director, Khalid, was exceptional. He was well informed, tuned to individual needs, highly efficient and was the key to the success of the tour.”

“Our India/Nepal trip was pleasant.Impresed by the poverty level. Well preserved world antiquities. Unpleasant behavior of 2 couples from New York:unhappy of everything, isolated themselves from the group,hide foods from the hotels to avoid eating with the group; disgrace to the group. There should be no emphasis on buying as a group or private during private companies demonstrations. Our tour guide Ravi Shanker was very knowledgeable,pleasant,patient with 4 individuals that constantly were giving hard time to him and helpful. Alberto Saenz MD”

“Great value. I found the lodgings were not 5 star hotels as advertised. A lot of down time. Guide would ask for our attention and then proceed to talking with someone or looking at a news article. I found this to be disrespectful. After awhile I just stopped giving my attention when asked because I knew it would be a good 5 - 10 minutes before he needed my attention. Saw a lot in a short period of time.”

“Tour guide in Athens was exceptional. Key sites hit for an good view of the wonderful country oh Greece. I would have you note the fast pace and steep hills that are to be climbed if you want to see/do it all. I would re-consider the ship. Old, no place to sit out side to enjoy the scenery except noisy pool deck. Food good. Would have to think twice before taking such a large tour, 2 previous trips with others companies we 12 people.”

“Excellent... our Guide Henry was so knowledgeable and gracious that he added so much more to the trip and the history of Egypt. All the hotels and the ship were beautiful. Big, clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Anyone interested in going to Egypt should do this tour.”

“Was disappointed in the amount of time spent on tours in each location. Tour director didn’t communicate effectively in English and was impatient and at times sarcastic. The dinners included were mostly mediocre restaurants and guests were served and expected to be in and out very quickly. There was more time spent traveling to each destination than actual touring time.”

“Morocco was more than I expected! I did not realize there would be so many different environments --from mountains, forests, agricultural areas, cities, small towns and deserts! Our guide Khalid was outstanding. His organization and caring friendliness and support made the trip. 5 stars for him! I have been on 35 international trips and this was one of my favorites.”
