“Awesome service - the only downfall for us is Clients are unable to reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to messages. It would be magnificent if this could be added automatically to all text messages and we receive a record of which Clients want to unsubscribe so that we can remove them from our address book. Amazing and efficient service otherwise. Thank you!”

“SMS Broadcast is amazingly simple to use. We use it with our business to notify our customers when their photo restorations or Video to DVD jobs are ready to collect. With many texts to send each day it helps to have SMS Broadcast logged on to all our computers, so staff can freely send texts from one point of origin, and because SMS Broadcast has a reporting system I can go back and monitor any messages sent and know when they were sent. “Good service, if you want to improve, I would say sms response time. Sometimes its immediate once mail sent to smsbroadcast, some time it takes couple of minutes to receive sms.”

“Very happy with the SMS broadcast system so far. Customer service when I was stuck and not able to find a login was great and it's generally very quick to track your payments and how many SMS's you have. One enhancement I would like to see is the ability to save payment details so I don't have to reenter the payment details everytime which would speed things up and for the payment area to be more mobile responsive. Thank you.”

“The system is easy to set up and use. Once you type up your templates, it only takes a few minutes to enter your list and send it out. We are using smsbroadcast to keep our clients updated and they all find it very convenient.”

“I have found SMS an excellent resource for our child care centre. It is an excellent way to get in touch with all of our families for any last minute information. I have also used their address book function to include contact details for all of our families and staff and this can be used in the event that we have an emergency. We don't need to take the laptop with us. All families can be contacted with the same message within seconds by logging into SMS broadcast with my mobile phone. An excellent, affordable service”
