“It was really simple to get up and running, API documentation is well written. Message delivery is quick and other useful facilities are included such as a configurable balance alert tool. SMS Broadcast is miles ahead of the provider I came from in terms of functionality. It's a pleasure to use your service and no hesitation to recommend your service to others.”

“I am the manager of Gold Coast Ostomy Association and SMS Broadcast was recommended to us by a colleague in Melbourne. I found it very easy to set up and even had a call immediately when I requested one to double check that what I had done was correct. The staff member I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. We have only been using the service for a week now and already it has cut down time and phone calls. Can't praise the service enough. I highly recommend it for any business wishing to utilise an sms service.”

“A simple but effective way of communicating with our member base. Their is a broad range of message options and instructions are easily followed in relation to the processes involved with each. Grouping of recipients is a most valuable option for our purposes given the need to contact separate groups within our member base from time to time. The ability to review previously sent messages creates convenience in tracing history of contact. A great asset to our organisation and will assist greatly in maintaining accurate and up to date information to our members.”

“SMS Broadcast is very simple and easy to use. The support staff are have been wonderful and there is no question too big or small. The website is user friendly and it takes just moments to set up and use. Adding credit to your account can be done quickly and easily with all the available options clearly displayed. If your thinking about using this type of service for your business call SMS Broadcast and they can talk you through the process without all the typical technical jargon!”
