“When you upgraded the software recently you removed the ability to copy and paste multiple recipients without a spreadsheet. This has made it harder to use. Also the screen with the text of the message is too small.”

“Very useful tool to inform customers, has definitely increased productivity and love the fact that you can schedule messages, plus the templates are useful. Only thing I would recommend is the ability to view replies of our own phone numbers in SMS broadcast as well.”
