“Great for me to keep in tough with my members. Reminders for appointments etc. Seems to be better than sending emails as most people check their text messages the same day they are sent. Highly recommend this product.”

“We are a Property Management Company. I wanted to be able to SMS our tenants about late rents, inspections etc and the database had the facility I just needed to find a provider. First I rang Telstra, they had no idea what I was talking about, one call to SMS Broadcast and within 1 hour I was setting up the system into my own database. All of the staff have started using SMS now and we are finding that we have so much more time on our hands. Should have done it months ago!!!”

“We community volunteers use the excellent and cheap smsbroadcast service for a particular community notification service. This service is supplied on a not for profit annual subscription with any excess each year going back to the community. The service has been operating very successfully with great feedback from subscribers and maximum annual subsciption renewals. We live on an island with access to the mainland provided by a vehicular and pedestrian ferry. The base service is an advisory of unscheduled ferry outages with further use suplied to emergency services when requested. Importantly messages are alway delivered less than 15 seconds after they are initiated for up to 550 subscribers whose mobile phones are turned on and within mobile transmission reach. The service is easy to use and maintain and the smsbroadcast team are quick to respond to suggestions and help.”

“We have found SMS broadcasting to be a great company to deal with, nothing seems to be an issue with them we have used their SMS Platform and API,s for a number of legs of our business from Apps to our point of sale system to Staff reminders. Whenever we have had a Question regarding how to best integrate SMS Broadcasting into our technology platforms they have been extremely helpful, we have recommended sms broadcasting to a lot of similar Business who have had great results This is also due to the ease of the web site and navigating around from able to see your balance and recharge your account and view historical data. “We have been using SMS Broadcast for over 3 years. The service is easy to use and on the rare occasion that we have had an issue, the problem was resolved quickly.
