“Very good, has all the features I needed. Only thing that might be handy is to have the option to send the same Text message on several occasions instead of sending each individually and selecting the time/date.”

“Works well for us via the API. Our application software can easily send SMS and the From number can be set as desired so that the replies go where you want them to go ! Even more important though, we find it to be entirely reliable - this is gold for customer satisfaction.”

“Very easy to use, interface looks a bit dated. One improvement would be introducing scheduled messaging that could be cancelled before it's sent just in case circumstances change. We deal with orders where customers may change delivery date meaning the scheduled message that day becomes obsolete.”
