“Setting up and activating our account was simple and pleasant. The messaging process was easy to understand and I liked that we were able to choose to have our business name as the sender instead of a number. I was happy with the deal we received for the message credits and the option to have an 'OPT OUT' message for clients. I would like it if I could use a PDF file to import the numbers as iMac contacts export in this way.”

“I think it's simple and easy to understand. If you really wanted to make it heaps better than your competitors I would suggest a better interface for the site. Although overall, there is nothing to complain about it does what it should without any issues so far. Love how you can also send text messages to clients without giving them option for them to reply, and add our business names. Good for the purpose we wanted to take up this service in the first place, that is, to send text message to clients to remind them of their meetings. I am unsure if you can add contacts, but that would be an even better feature. Cheers, Mardy (From Pekada)”

“We have just started to utilise the SMS Broadcast service. We have found the process, easy to set up and implement as part of our marketing campaigns for our customers. The flexibility of being able to create templates for different messages, creating address books as well as importing data makes SMS Broadcast a great tool for our business. Will definitely be recommending to industry colleagues.”
