“We have been using SMS Broadcast for 3 years now to notify our movie customers of overdue/late titles to help save them from accruing late fees and our customers like to receive this notification. It has worked perfectly with our program in uploading the mobile numbers, sorting and removing any duplicate numbers and sending within seconds of clicking the send notification button. We have a choice of 3 templates that we can edit to suit any time according to the type of notification we wish to send. The cost for the service is extremely good and well worth an investment for your business. We have continued and will continue to use SMS Broadcast indefinitely due to it's nature and ease of use.”

“I use SMS Broadcast for a variety of purposes. It is excellent to send the same message to a group, whether employees, clients, friends, etc., or a single message to a person. I find typing so much easier than the phone key pad. And very easy to check records of sent sms and to see if they were delivered. I have no hesitation in recommending this service. “Easy to use, and overall a reliable service. The staff are very helpful and responsive. Id recommend taking the time to explore all the tabs on the program or ask staff to take you on a tour, to ensure you're aware of all the possibilities of the system. Also for a professional business its worthwhile buying a dedicated number so that your customers don't think you're sending them spam. This system allows the SMS replies to go to an email account, which makes it a suitable system for a business with multiple staff - we love that feature. We're finding we're using SMS Broadcast more and more to communicate with our patients, as it prevents phone tag and the avoids the delay of email communication. Thank you SMS Broadcast!”

“SMS Broadcast is excellent - easy to use, very efficient. It is a wonderful way to send messages to multiple recipients, including groups. It is a great alternative to texting using a mobile phone for complex messages because you can use your normal computer keyboard to type the message. The service is very reliable and I have never had a failure in sending messages. The service is very economical. I highly recommend SMS Broadcast to my clients.”
