“SMS Broadcast made it quick and easy to send multiple text messages for a sale campaign. Uploading a .csv was really convenient, and the support I received over the phone was exceptional. My only feedback would be that the user interface could be improved.”

“In a small sporting club I have found the use of SMSbroadcast very helpful to get the message out to our members . We found going through our contacts list that a mobile number has a longer life than email addresses . We are able to contact past members with ease .”

“As a registered training organisation, we need to be able to send messages to students and trainers in groups. SMS broadcast allows us to easily do that. My only comment would be that we would like to see the names appear beside the numbers we are broadcasting to, as a double check. Overall though the service has been excellent, and it saves us time.”

“It's easy to use in general. But the report section could be improved. There is no filter option for reports e.g. I wasn't able to export only the "failed to deliver" database, it only allows me to export the WHOLE list.”

“Generally pretty good service. Messages are received very quickly. Something to improve: 1. Need a better User Interface throughout the site - current interface is so out dated 2. Need better Import functionalities, accept more than just name and phone number columns, e.g. Group? 3. Better Reporting, say easier to view sent messages by transaction? 4. Automatic Opt-Out processing: should notify user that someone opt-out. Say, place the number if an "Opt-out" group? 5. Contact view: 5.1 Only show modification interface when user want to edit, otherwise, just show read-friendly interface. 5.2 Add search criteria - filtered by group, name, number, etc 6. Keep the same low rate for ongoing purchases - people could simply register another account to by pass the rule. Good luck and keep on moving forward.”
