“A well-thought-out service that has just the right features for us, very reasonable rates, and sensible conditions (such as credits not expiring) - and very good explanations and documentation. The 'Send a message' wizard is very easy to use although it does plod along a bit (but I'm glad they haven't sacrificed simplicity of use for keep-you-guessing minimalism). Streets ahead of the other services we looked at.”

“Very easy to set up and use. I'd like to see it handle "unsubscribed" users better by marking them as "unsubscribed" rather than deleting them. That way you're less likely to add them to your lists at a later date. This is standard practice with email lists.”

“easy to configure and use, and very inexpensive compared to competitors who charge you lots of addons. This is a good choice for sending bulk messages. The operation is quite easy with nice customer service at live chat. Also, the price is quite competitive. I happy to recommend SMS Broadcast to anyone needing their services.”

“I am just using the system for email2SMS and it works really well. I didn't realise it didn't do international which has caught me out a bit, but for OZ SMS's it is a good simple to use system.”
