“Intuitive anrd easy to use. Offers good options for indicating sender (name / your contact number / an independent number) and for replies (to your phone / email / nil). Downside - sms length could be longer; time consuming if want replies to your email as have to go through all options before can send. Quicker if reply to your mobile.”

“Yes we like to use the sms broardcast for the communication to our church members. We use it in conjunction with our database system it links between the two without having to sign in to sms broardcadt and is easy to use. The only thing I would like to see is more characters per sms sometimes 160 isn't quite enough but overall a good system to use”
