“Great service. Very reliable and consistent. We find it invaluable. The only thing we would appreciate is the ability to manage multiple users from one account. And for future development, an add in for Outlook 2013+ that replicates the original Text Message form within Outlook.”

“SMS Broadcast is an easy to use service that allows our organisation to send bulk notification to a variety of customers. The reporting is simple but effective enough for what we need. The service when requiring assistance is excellence. SMS broadcast's communication when systems might be down is efficient and provides great detail. Overall I am very pleased with their service and it is a regular part of our organisations overall communication strategy.”

“I have great response times with SMS Broadcast. The only down fall i and is not being able to have several accounts under the one log in. Would be extremely beneficial for my business and tracking details. would love you to consider this.”

“Overall not a bad service. It would be good that when you send a bulk message that the customers name appears next to the phone number. This way you would be able to remove any irrelevant numbers from the list. Otherwise you have to permenantly delete it from your address book or look for the number which can be difficult if your list is long.”

“Delivery is much more reliable than previous company I used. Price is competitive and I don't have to buy a lot at once. The provided reporting is good enough for my purpose. The only thing it's missing is Korean message support which I desperately need :(”
