“SMS Broadcast is a great service - while having a somewhat basic interface, it does what it says it does - sends SMS's, on an individual or bulk basis, at a fantastic price. Reporting tools again are somewhat basic but there and functional, and you can get the info you need from them. Customer service is FANTASTIC - any issue (or if I've ever needed anything that wasn't there in the interface/tools) I've just had to send a quick email/phonecall, very prompt and friendly response - to be honest I was not expecting the level of customer service for the bargain level pricing!”

The ease of use is great and the reporting feature is important for all our feedback from our community. So far working out to be a great tool for communication to our wider audience”

“SMS Broadcast meets many of our needs, it is quick and easy to use. The only improvement I could suggest is for the reporting to improve. At the moment reporting is a little clunky and does not provide the data we need.”

“Service and quick and easy. I find the price plans affordable. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because their User Interface needs a bit of a re-desgin to make it modern. Other than that, great service”
