“I ordered 3000w UPS and they sent me 3000w inverter .I was asked to return the inverter and they promised to refund me in 7 days but it is over 2 months now I have not been refunded, only promises. I would not recommend that someone buys from this company as are not trustworthy.”

“I bought 2 kids watches from Snatcher last year November 2023, apon recieving the watches I realise that the watches wouldn't take Sims cards with they require to wor. However I contacted Snatcher and they took back the watches, and they told me they do not have stock to replace the watches. I then requested for a refund they told me to wait for seven days. Till today I have not received my money nor the watches, and none of the Snatcher team members communicated with me.

“I placed an order on the 21st of November 2023 and have been given the runaround and still don't have my order. I had to ask for a tracking number and when I received it, saw the pickup canceled after the 3rd attempt to fetch it because it was never ready to be dispatched.
I kept being given excuse after excuse, I asked for some to call and explain why there was delay and that never happened.
I kept following up and was told they would check with the courier, and given apologies for the inconvenience.
One email said, contact had been made with the courier and that's all, no reason for the delay, no tracking number.
I tried to call only to hear that due to the nature of their business they don't take calls.
I am livid and will never do business with them again. I have now requested a refund and will see how long that takes to be processed.
I'm tired of waiting, and of the excuses and what I assume are untruths told to pacify their angry clients.”
“I don't recommend them at all. Bought things on 20 December, they kept stringing me along because of public holidays - first telling me that there are delays with their supplier, then that it will be delivered the following week, then that they're checking with the procurement team, and finally that they're not going to get the products back in stock.
Had the nerve to offer me a "store credit!" Why the *** would I take a store credit?
I had to chase every single response and then they had the gall to tell me I shouldn't be upset and refunds take seven business days.

The automated response when you call them: " Due to the nature of our business, we no longer answer calls....". My goodness, due to the nature if their business, responding to enquiries should be priority one!

“I bought a phone Ring 9 pro on 23 October,the phone is extremely overheating then switches itself off, battery sometimes last few one hour,i reported to snatcher, asking for exchange of product,i didn't get response,then later I was asked to send phone pictures and packaging,I did exactly that.Now im being asked to send a videos of faults,How do i take a video of overheating ,seems like im being asked for impossibilities now.If its that difficult to change the phone ,I would like to have my money back”

Snatcher generated a message which reads " Sorry the payment amount does not match the order amount, please contact us", That is not true, The total order amount was deducted from my account. “Snatcher deserves zero rating, such poor customer service and false advertising. It is painful to deal with Snatcher when it comes to return an item and receive a refund. On the app they advertised that the juicer comes with x 2 cones (x1 for large and x1 for small citrus fruits) where the juicer I received only came with one small cone. The flip-up drip spout is also very flimsy. It is frustrating enough to receive an item that is not as they advertise, and even more frustrating to arrange collection and a refund. In addition they want to charge clients a 15% 'handling fee' if the client changes their mind (To date they still insist that the reason for return is that I changed my mind, which is even more frustrating!). It took them almost a month to come and collect the item, and I still haven't received my refund, item was collected on 17/11/2023 already! Shocking!”

“This store is very good at advertising only .when you buy something from them they provide a false delivery schedule and give false information. I bought an ltem from them on 2 november 2023 and said they will deliver within 7days and after 7 days they start to say the item is coming fro overseas and give a false tracking information .l tried to track the item up until the tracker said item delivered to my address while nothing had been delivered ,after contacting them on email they end up saying the item had been returned to their wharehouse .l requested for a refund but till now no refund .they are longer responding to my emails now.Please dont ever try to buy from this shop they are thieves ,they will snatch your money .please,please dont”
