“I've placed my order on the 31st of July 2024 of which I paid R897.20, I was told deliveries are 7 - 10 working days. I received a mail apologizing for the delay as the specific item could no longer be supplied, an alternative was suggested, of which I agreed to. Up till today I haven't received any thing no response to my emails or refund. I've sent two mails on different days to their complaints department, still no response. This is definitely the worst company that I ever did business with. I will never recommend them to anyone.”

“I ordered a product on the 13th August 2024. I contacted them to enquire about my order with 3 different ref. no's with promise of an agent coming back within 48 hours. Also contact the owner of the warehouse listed in their contacts with confirmation that the business vacated the premises about 2 months ago with no forwarding address or tel no. NO PARCEL WAS DELIVERED AS UP TO TODAY!! 10 September 2024. I am so disappointed in people taking good money with BAD intentions.”
