“I have ordered stuffs 3months ago about 10 items only received 3items. They say all the other stuffs are not Instock.Si we arranged for my refund and banking details. I send everything but still no answer on my refund or mess to say. And they refuse to answer calls as if they blacklist ure number to not answer it bcause they answer all other new numbers. Very incompetent company and very upset with them if I don't get reply I will take snatcher up further.”
“Absolutely terrible service and totally useless. Ordered item and 2 weeks later I had to follow up just to find out the supplier could not deliver. Communication was that they would refund as I was going to buy elsewhere. The item was urgent. . After another 2 weeks I started getting mails that delivery would take place in a few days. I constantly sent mails telling them yet again item must be refunded. Guess what... Item was delivered just over a week later. AFTER CONSTANTLY MAILING THEM AND CONSTANTLY COMMUNICATING IN GRADE 1 LANGUAGE, THEY STILL GET EVERYTHING WRONG. Eventually the item was collected unopened I must add. “I have placed an order for 2 cellphone pouches. I was billed twice on my credit card for the very same order. I submitted a complaint and received an email promptly apologysing for incident. I was ask for banking details but no progres thereafter. Later received an email upon another enquiry from me stating they are sorry for the delay and will escalate the matter to their accounts department. No further communication despite me having submitted another two emails enquiring about progress with my refund but still no reply. This is now mire than a month later. Be careful when you buy from Snatcher and watch you statements for duplicate payments. I wont buy from them again. Temu refunded me within a week for an item I was not completely satisfied with. That is good customer service at next level.”
